Meille on tärkeintä, että jokainen vieras pääsee nauttimaan onnistuneesti viinien hurmaavasta maailmasta, ja viettämään aikaa hyvässä seurassa herkullisten juomien ja ruokien parissa.

Tapahtumaamme tähdittävät upeat samppanjat kuin myös tähtivieraamme, jotka vievät sinut syvemmälle samppanjamaailmaan Master Class -maisteluluentojen muodossa.

Pukeudu mukavasti
Tapahtumassamme saat olla täysin oma itsesi ja pukeutua juuri niinkuin haluat! Tiedämme kuitenkin, että asun valitseminen voi toisinaan olla hankala prosessi. Esimerkiksi Instagram -postauksistamme voit kurkata kuvia aikaisemmilta vuosilta ja napata inspiraatiota.
Ruuhka-aikoina Vanhalla voi lämpötila kohota, joten suosittelemme huomioimaan tämän pukeutumisessa, jotta sinun olisi mahdollisimman mukava olla. Tapahtumassa palvelee narikka, johon voit jättää vaatteita ja tavaroitasi. Mikäli Master Class -luentonne järjestetään Salissa 1, suosittelemme ottamaan päälle pitkähihaista, sillä tämä huone on usein hieman viileämpi kuin muut salit.

Erilaista maistettavaa, nähtävää ja koettavaa riittää. Ole rohkeasti utelias ja ota kaikki ilo irti. Tapahtuman aikana voit edelleen myös lunastaa paikkasi Master Class -luennolle. Lipun nille Master Class -luennoille, joilla paikkoja on vielä jäljellä, voi ostaa verkkokaupasta tai tapahtuman pääsalissa Ceestan ständiltä.
Jotta viihtyvyytesi olisi huipussaan, löydät myös WC-tiloista myös Hiustuote.fi -tuotteita, jotka ovat vapaasti hyödynnettävissä ehostautumiseen.
Pääsyliput
Ennakkolippuja on vielä myynnissä perjantaille ja lauantaille osoitteessa www.tapahtumat.ceestashop.fi. Jokaisena päivänä myymme pääsylippuja myös ovella. Tapahtuman ollessa täynnä lippuja vapautuu ovimyyntiin sitä mukaan kun vieraita poistuu tilasta.
Sisäänpääsylipun hintaan kuuluu Lehmann Glassin Excellence 39 -viinilasi, joka jaetaan sisään tullessa. Tämän lasin saat siis ihan ihka omaksi.
Master Class -luennot
Mikäli olet osallistumassa Master Class -luennolle, muistathan, että sinulla täytyy olla myös pääsylippu ostettuna tapahtumaan. Master Class -luennot järjestetään Vanhan ylioppilastalon yläkerrassa, jossa on 4 tasting salia. Etuovelta katsottuna Salin 1 voi löytää oikealta rappusista ylös, kun taas Salit 2-4 löytyvät yläkerrasta vasemmalta. Kysy Master Class -luentosi salinumero sisäänkäynniltä tai info-pisteeltä tai kurkkaa täältä.
Suosituksemme on olla paikan päällä 5min ennen luennon alkua. Emme suosittele yläkertaan odottamaan menemistä tämän aikaisemmin, sillä käytävät tasting huoneisiin ovat melko ahtaat ja siellä hääräilee tapahtuman työntekijöitä luentojen välissä laatikoiden kanssa, kun huoneita siivotaan ja katetaan uudelleen seuraavaa luentoa varten.
Saapuminen
Tapahtumapaikka on aivan Helsingin ydinkeskustassa ja suosittelemmekin saapumaan tapahtumaan julkista liikennettä hyödyntämällä. Metrolla ja usealla raitiovaunulla pääset aivan Vanhan Ylioppilastalon kupeeseen.
Mikäli saavut kauempaa niin tapahtumapaikka on aivan kävelymatkan päässä niin juna- kuin Kampin linja-autoasemalta.

Maksaminen
Grand Vin Helsinki -tapahtumassa voit maksaa pankki- ja luottokortilla, mobiilimaksamisen välineillä mm. puhelin ja kello, sekä American Express -kortilla.
Viinien ja herkkujen maksaminen tapahtuu näytteilleasettajien pisteillä maisteluannoksen oston yhteydessä.

Welcome to the Grand Vin Helsinki 2023 event!
It is of utmost importance to us that every guest enjoys the enchanting world of wines, spending time in good company, savoring delicious drinks, and relishing delightful food.
Below are some tips to ensure a successful event weekend. We’ve compiled essential information and suggestions, including details about arrival and attire.

Explore the program and schedule
At our event, you’ll have the chance to enjoy some fantastic wines. Our special guests will lead engaging Master Class tasting lectures, offering you a deeper dive into the wonderful world of wine.

Old Student House doors are open as follows:
- Friday, October 13, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM
- Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Dress comfortably
Feel free to be entirely yourself at our event and dress just as you want! However, we understand that choosing an outfit can sometimes be a tricky process. You can check out previous years’ pictures on our Instagram posts for inspiration.
During peak times, the temperature at the Old Student House can rise, so we recommend considering this when dressing to ensure your comfort. A coatroom is available at the event where you can leave clothes and belongings. If your Master Class lecture is held in Hall 1, we recommend wearing long sleeves as this room is often a bit cooler than the other halls.
Remember to enjoy the event and the experiences it offers.

There’s a variety of things to taste, see, and experience. Be boldly curious and extract all the joy. During the event, you can still secure your spot for a Master Class lecture. Tickets for these Master Class lectures, where there are still spots available, can be purchased online or at Ceesta’s stand in the main hall.
For the utmost comfort, you’ll also find Hiustuote.fi products in the restroom, free for you to use for grooming.
Entry tickets
Advance tickets are still available for Friday and Saturday at www.tapahtumat.ceestashop.fi. Tickets will be sold at the door each day. As the event fills up, tickets will be available at the door as guests leave.
The entry ticket includes a Lehmann Glass Excellence 39 wine glass, which will be handed out upon entry. This glass is yours to keep.
Master Class lectures
If you plan to attend a Master Class lecture, remember that you must also have an entry ticket to the event. Master Class lectures take place upstairs at the Old Student House, where there are four tasting rooms. When looking at the main entrance, you can find Hall 1 by going up the right stairs, while Halls 2-4 are upstairs on the left. Ask for the room number for your Master Class from the entrance or info point or check it from here.
We recommend being on-site 5 minutes before the start of the lecture. We do not recommend going upstairs earlier, as the corridors to the tasting rooms can be quite narrow and busy with event staff between lectures as rooms are cleaned and set up again for the next lecture.
Arrival
The event venue is in the heart of Helsinki, and we recommend using public transportation. You can reach Vanha Ylioppilastalo with the metro and several tram lines.
If you are coming from further away, the event venue is within walking distance from the train and Kamppi bus stations.

Payment
At the Grand Vin Helsinki event, you can pay with bank and credit cards, mobile payment methods such as phone and watch, as well as with American Express.
Payment for wines and treats is made at the exhibitors’ booths when purchasing tasting portions.
