Kuvaus
Piemonten Albassa sijaitsevan Prunotton tilan tarina on saanut alkunsa vuonna 1904 kun Cantina Sociale ”Ai Vini delle Langhe perustettiin. Moninaisten vaiheiden jälkeen, Marchesi Antinorin perhe aloitti vuonna 1989 yhteistyön Prunotton kanssa hoitaen aluksi vain jakelua. Prunotton omistajien jäädessä eläkkeelle ryhtyi Marchesi Antinorin perhe vastaamaan myös viinien tuotannosta – vielä tänäkin päivänä. Viinitarhoja tilalla on yhteensä 50 hehtaarin verran eri puolilla Langhea ja Monferratoa. Eri tarhoilta saadaan rypäleitä niin Baroloon kuin Moscato d’Astiin sekä Arneisiin.
The story of the Prunotto farm located in Alba, Piedmont, began in 1904 when the Cantina Sociale ”Ai Vini delle Langhe was founded. After many stages, the Marchesi Antinori family started a collaboration with Prunotto in 1989, initially only managing distribution. When the owners of Prunotto retired, the Marchesi Antinori family took over the responsibility for the wines as well of production – still today. The farm has a total of 50 hectares of vineyards in different parts of the Langhe and Monferrato. The different vineyards yield grapes for Barolo, Moscato d’Asti and Arneis.
