Nuno työskentelee myös senior Wine Educatorina Airbnb:ssä erikoistuen viinimatkoihin ja sisällönhallintaan. Nunolla on useita viini- ja matkailualan tutkintoja, hän on koulutukseltaan mm. sommelier. Hänellä on hänellä on vahva tausta viinialalta, omaten kokemusta mm. viinimatkaoppaana ja kellariapulaisena useissa viinialan yrityksissä.

A lesson in the world of port wines. Port wine is a fortified wine that comes from the Douro River Valley region of Portugal. Local grape varieties are used in its production and it is known for its sweetness and rich, rich taste.
Symington Family Estates is the world’s leading producer of premium port wines and quality Portuguese red wines. They own four traditional port wine producers, and in this Master Class lecture we will get to taste wines from Dow’s Port and Warre’s Port, both of which have a history stretching back to the 18th and 19th centuries.
In this Master Class, Nuno R. Silva presents limited availability specialties from Dow’s and Warre’s Port, owned and operated by the Symington Family. During the Master Class lecture, we get to know the different stages of the development of port wine in barrels and bottles and present the excellence of winemaking with Colheita and Vintage Port.
Nuno R Silva is Symington Family Estates’ market manager for Northern Europe and the Baltics. Nuno also works as a senior Wine Educator at Airbnb, specializing in wine tours and content management. Nuno has several degrees in the wine and tourism industry, his education includes e.g. sommelier. He has a strong background in the wine industry, having experience in e.g. as a wine tour guide and cellar assistant in several companies in the wine industry.
